The Battle of Vimy Ridge. A visit to the Canadian Memorial and local sites.

This tour takes us to the beautiful Canadian Memorial, Vimy. We will arrive at the Vimy visitors centre first where you can learn more about the background of events for Canada entering the war. From here you will be taken on a tour of the underground tunnels with one of the knowledgeable Canadian Students. After this I will take you to the memorial where you can spend time taking it all in. 

The afternoon will consist of the following :-

German Cemetery at La Targette
Caberet Rouge Cemetery to visit the former grave of the unknown Canadian soldier
Notre Dame de Lorette to see the beautiful French cemetery and the Ring memorial
